Adam Lewis

Renowned for delivering real-world results at scale and turning bold vision into lasting value, Adam is leading AxiumAI to pioneer connected, context-aware AI solutions that empower the next generation of Operators to thrive in the era of intelligent automation.

Adam leads the commercial and corporate functions of the company and, alongside Antonio and Andras, shapes the product vision. Prior to founding AxiumAI, he was a C-suite leader at a FTSE100 operator, bringing over 25 years of global growth leadership experience.

Chief Operating Officer

Antonio Carvalho

A visionary AI leader recognised for pioneering end-to-end, data and ML/AI driven products and capability that empower organisations to solve complex challenges that drive commercial growth. Antonio brings a strategic lens to the development of intelligent systems that create lasting impact.

Antonio leads Product Development, Operations, and Data Science at the company. Prior to founding AxiumAI, he spent two decades driving data, analytics, and AI transformations across global organizations.

Chief Technology Officer

Andras Kolbert

A deep-thinking technology and AI leader known for turning cutting-edge research into enterprise-scale ML systems. Passionate about bridging academic insight and real-world impact, he brings hands-on leadership, and technical excellence, and relentless drive for innovation - delivering intelligent systems that transform how businesses operate.

András oversees Technology, Data, and AI, bridging deep technical innovation with scalable delivery. Prior to co-founding AxiumAI, he served as Head of Data Science, Engineering, and AI at a FTSE 100 operator, where he led the delivery of over 100 enterprise ML solutions globally.
