The Role
Trail blazer: You will be a crucial part of a team developing AI-driven In-Play Sportsbook marketing solutions for NBA & NFL.
CRM expert: You will understand what compelling CRM content is, as you will be central in defining the content and structure of NBA & NFL marketing communications for our AI engines to be trained on.
Inhouse US sports expert: You will be responsible for defining live game dynamics so our Engineers understand when key game moments occur, and how this translates into betting opportunities.
Project Management: You will establish clear US sports content priorities and define expectations which translate to a scope of work that you and the team can effectively deliver on.
Marketing Content writer: You will be responsible for creating compelling In-Game marketing communication that captivates audiences, which will be used to train AxiumAI’s Gen-AI engines.
Product owner: You will be the guardian of the NFL and NBA content quality our technology produces. You will be responsible for constantly reviewing and updating our NFL and NBA marketing content dynamics, which enables our AI engines to perpetually improve content quality & impact – you will strive to develop compelling marketing content that is in a league of it’s own.
Product performance: You will be responsible for the marketing performance our content delivers for our clients.
Who we’re looking for
Passionate NBA & NFL fan – you live and breathe the game and have fanatical levels of knowledge.
3+ years of sportsbook CRM experience – Strong background in content creation & campaign management.
Deep understanding of NBA & NFL betting markets – Knowledge of markets, odds and betting behaviour.
Expert in compelling sports content – You know what excites sports bettors and how to engage them.
Data-driven mindset – Ability to analyse content performance and optimize marketing strategies.
Team player – You work highly effectively as part of a team, taking full responsibility for delivering your goals and helping others to excel in theirs.
Proactive & adaptable – You deliver objectives, you exceed expectations and you are able to contribute in multiple areas across the company.

We are Gibraltar based, but we’ll consider US & Europe based candidates who are prepared to work hours that enable them to be a cohesive part of the team based in Gibraltar – US/Europe based candidates will be highly competent at working remotely.
